Incoming Mail Server Type: POP3
Incoming mail (POP3): mail.yourdomain.com  or mail.ktro.com 
Incoming Requires encrypted connection: Yes or No.
Incoming Port No Encryption: 110
Incoming Port With Encryption: 995

Outgoing mail (SMTP): mail.yourdomain.com or mail.ktro.com
SMTP Port: 587  (do not use port 25)
SMTP Encrypted Connection: TLS  or TLS Accept all certificates
Login Name: your full email address

SMTP server requires authentication
Outlook: check "My Server requires Authentication"

Notes:  

• If using Outlook, we encourage enabling Incoming SSL and Outgoing TLS,
  Please configure incoming and outgoing server to mail.ktro.com
• It is important to enable SSL and TLS on all Mobile and Laptop devices
• If your outbound SMTP port is set to port 25, sending email to recipients outside of your domain will fail.
  You must use port 587
