Yes you can. You are free to install your own CGI scripts so long as they do not interfere
with the general operation of the server, other users, and comply with our AUP
and our Terms of Service (user agreement).

We monitor for poorly written scripts, and will promptly remove any script that
may cause a problem to our server or other customers.
Scripts to harvest e-mail address(s), or send UCB or Spam mail will be removed.
